Sissons Splash Water Based Gloss Paint
for wood & metal
Splash is a water based first grade alkyd fungicidal gloss paint for interior and exterior use. It is suitable for wood and metal substrates. All colours are light resisting and may be intermixed.
Surface Preparation
Surfaces to be painted must be dry, clean and free from grease and rust.
Directions for Use
Primer:
New and bare work must be primed with the appropriate primer (see Sissons Technical Data Sheet).
Thinning:
Water if necessary.
Application:
Splash should be stirred thoroughly before use and applied over a good hard drying undercoat such as Sissons Splash Water Based Undercoat. Splash is suitable for applications by brush or spray.
Drying time:
Surface Dry : 1-2 hours
Hard Dry : 4-6 hours
Recoating Time : After 6 hours
Number of coats:
For extra durability 2 coats may be applied.
Coverage:
Approximately 12-18 sq. metres per litre.
Cleaning Up:
Clean with water immediately after use.
Colour Range
We have made every effort to reproduce the paint colours as accurately as possible. However, all colours shown on this web site can be affected by variations in individual monitor settings and graphic cards.
